Infiniti G37 Vehicle Highlights The 2010 Infiniti G37 gets slightly freshened exterior and interior styling. This premium midsize car comes in 2-door coupe and 4-door sedan versions along with a 2-door convertible with a power-retractable hardtop (see separate report). Trim levels include the rear-wheel-drive G37 Base, G37 Journey, G37S Sport 6MT, and all-wheel-drive G37x.
